Trộn thịt bò thái hạt lựu với 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh dầu mè dầu mè, 1 muỗng canh bột bắp với nhau trong một bát nhỏ. Đun nóng 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho 1/3 số chỗ hành lá vào xào héo.
