Rửa sạch miếng đậu hũ với nước lạnh: Xả nước qua lên miếng đậu hũ dưới dòng nước chảy nhẹ. Trộn nguyên liệu: cho dầu ăn, giấm, muối, siro đường vào 1 cái lọ. Ban đầu, bạn chỉ nên cho một ít muối vào hỗn hợp, sau đó, bạn có thể nếm thử và gia vị thêm.
Cho đậu hũ vào hũ và xay hỗn hợp nguyên liệu cho đến khi hỗn hợp mềm mịn và nhìn giống với kem. Tắt máy xay, dùng muỗng vét đậu hũ đang bị dính trên thành cối xay xuống dưới.
Nếm thử món mayonnaise. Nếu bạn muốn mayonnaise đặc hơn và mịn như kem, bạn thêm một ít dầu olive. Còn nếu muốn món mayonnaise loãng hơn, hãy thêm 1 muỗng cà phê nước. Thêm một ít chanh nếu bạn muốn mayonnaise chua hơn 1 tí. Vậy là hoàn thành rồi.
