See I never got this attitude where some relative or other person pops in with kids and suddenly you're obliged to spend time with them or let them use your stuff. Yeah I get it, it is important to teach a kid to share... When they're like 5 years old. Not when they're over 18. Whenever my bf's parents have visitors they somehow expect my bf to entertain their children of much younger age. Bf's an aspie who doesn't handle children well. He worked hard to be able to afford a ps4 for exclusive games and such, and next thing you know his family barges in with some 10 year old into the privacy of his room, and demand he lets the kid use his console (and take away his privacy). My parents would know I'd raise hell and act so antisocial if they pulled that on me, I'd embarrass them before everyone. I just don't get why this is appropriate.

I have only 2 cousins i know of- ones a year younger than me and is kpop/makeup obsessed studies tourism, ones 3 years older and works as a professional artist. Both live in a different country. My mum hates inviting family as guests, so luckily i dont have to deal with this problem ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
