Sữa chua phô mai có vị béo, thơm mát rất thích hợp với khẩu vị mọi người, đặc biệt là trẻ nhỏ, tốt cho hệ tiêu hoá và hoàn toàn không có chất bảo quản.
Cho 500ml nước sôi vào tô (thau) sạch, đổ sữa đặc vào khuấy đều cho đến khi hoà tan hết.
Thêm phô mai khuấy đều, dùng muỗng ép (hoặc máy đánh trứng nếu có) cho phô mai tan hết. Tiếp tục cho sữa tươi vào khuấy đều. Cuối cùng cho sữa chua vào tiếp tục khuấy đều lần cuối cho tất cả hỗn hợp tan hết.
Sau khi khuấy đều cho hỗn hợp tan hết, ta tiến hành lọc hỗn hợp qua rây (hoặc túi lọc) cho hỗn hợp mịn hơn thì sữa chua của chúng ta sẽ mịn và mềm hơn.
Rót hỗn hợp sữa vào bịch (hoặc hũ). Sau đó xếp sữa chua ngay ngắn vào nồi đậy nắp kín và ủ sữa chua trong vòng 6-8 giờ rồi bỏ vào tủ lạnh để thưởng thức từ từ. Mình ủ sữa chua bằng bóng đèn cà na nhỏ sẽ tiện hơn vì nhiệt độ ổn định, không cần thay nước ấm thường xuyên. Chúc các bạn thành công!
